Foundation Story

is powered by Neol Copper Technology (UK), developed based on scientific discoveries of D.Garkunov, author of «Hydrogen Wear of Metal» and «The Wearlessness Effect», originating in the 1960s.

This discovery was shelved in the 1960s in a national archive, only to be discovered and implemented decades later to pave today the way for a new era of mechanical efficiency and sustainability.

 lubricants work with hydrogen wear phenomena, first using its properties to «polish» the friction surface at the elementary level, and then terminating the action of hydrogen using copper ions, thus extending the life of the machine parts.

The copper film covers the surface of the machine part, having previously «healed» existing defects. At the same time, copper does not react with hydrogen and protects the part from hydrogen wear.

There is friction but no wear This is the result that every  customer can appreciate. Not only we increase the lifetime of the machine, but also improve its operating perfomance.

A.The most of metal surfaces deterioration inside friction knots is attributed to the phenomena of hydrogen wear. Hydrogen rips out the steel molecules accelerating the wear of the machine parts.

B. We use the electrochemical properties of copper ions to restore and protect the friction surface. Copper ions are embedded in the crystal lattice of iron in ironbearing alloys, thereby «healing» damaged areas. They form an even copper film covering an entire surface.
